Key Responsibilities:

Customer & Supplier Relationships: Build and nurture strong connections with customers, clients, and suppliers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store and workshop activities, ensuring efficiency and smooth operations at all times.

Team Support: Assist and mentor tyre technicians and apprentices, helping them reach their full potential.

Product Promotion: Leverage your expert knowledge to promote a variety of tyre brands and services.

Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a safe and clean environment for both customers and staff, fostering a positive work culture.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who has a genuine passion for the tyre industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. If you’re hardworking, proactive, and ready to make a real impact, you’ll thrive in this role.

Preferably, You’ll Have:

Experience in a tyre store or automotive retail environment

Proven experience in a managerial or 2IC position

Strong knowledge of tyres, including different types, sizes, and performance characteristics

A passion for delivering excellent service and leading by example

Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions under pressure

Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control

A valid, full Australian Driver’s License
