Role & Duties

• Manage a portfolio local to the office with full support
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants & contractors
• Support with routines, ingoings & outgoings
• Support from a leasing agent, assistant PM & trust accountant
• Ensure legislative requirements are met and portfolio remains compliant

About You

This role is ideal for a seasoned Senior Property Manager who’s ready to take on greater responsibility, such as stepping into a Head of Department capacity. You’ll have a strong understanding of property management, be highly organised, and take a proactive approach to your work. Your ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients is a key strength, and you thrive in a collaborative, team-focused environment. With solid support, you’ll confidently lead and manage a portfolio while contributing to the strategic direction of the team.

• A current Property Management Registration (WA)
• Valid WA driver’s licence
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to delegate and manage tasks effectively
• Initiative, drive & passion for the industry
• Corporate presentation & excellent communication skills
