🌿 Qualified Horticulturalist – Commercial Landscape Maintenance

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Qualified Horticulturalist to join our team, managing the maintenance of our completed commercial landscape projects across NSW.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and can communicate confidently with clients and contractors.

About the Role

Manage and deliver scheduled maintenance for completed commercial landscaping projects

Ensure all sites are maintained to high standards of presentation and horticultural health

Liaise directly with clients, site managers, and subcontractors

Conduct site inspections, prepare maintenance reports, and suggest improvements

Work autonomously, plan weekly tasks, and track progress against schedules

Identify plant health issues and implement corrective actions

Skills & Experience

Certificate III (or higher) in Horticulture or Landscape Construction

Minimum 3 years’ experience in landscape maintenance or horticulture

Strong plant knowledge and attention to detail

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites

Current driver’s licence (manual preferred)

White Card required
