About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our growing team. The role is ideal for someone who’s organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a flexible environment. You’ll handle the day-to-day financial management of the business, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Process payroll and superannuation

Bank and account reconciliations

BAS preparation and ATO compliance

Maintain accurate financial records in Xero

Generate monthly reports and assist with budgeting

Liaise with management to support decision-making

About You:

Experience in accounting or bookkeeping (transport industry preferred)

Strong understanding of Xero Accounting Software

Knowledge of payroll, GST, and BAS requirements

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Able to work independently and manage deadlines

Certificate or degree in Accounting / Bookkeeping (preferred but not essential)
