MACAR Group is an emerging mining services company providing crushing, screening and maintenance solutions to the mining industry.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Crusher Fitter to join our small, but dynamic team. You will join a small crushing crew and will carry out preventative and corrective maintenance, breakdown repairs and scheduled routine maintenance on mobile crushing and screening equipment.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in the following:

Maintaining mobile crushing plants - Striker, Kleemann and Terex Finlay

Minimum 3-5 years of experience maintaining mobile crushing plants is required

Australian recognised trade qualification (Mechanical Fitter or similar) is essential

Strong fault finding, diagnosing skills

Experience with fixed and mobile crushing/screening

Experience with operating loaders and excavators is desirable with associated tickets

Positive attitude to teamwork and safety

Working at Heights ticket

A valid Australian driver's licence (HR preferred).

Australian citizenship is required for this position - We cannot offer sponsorship at this time.

Full medical, lab D&A and police clearance will be required.

This role will be based on various rosters, including some local work in Perth, 12-hour shifts.
