🔧 THE WORK

Mechanical Fitters

Maintain, repair, and overhaul fixed plant and processing equipment

Work on crushers, conveyors, pumps, and screens

Handle breakdowns, shutdowns, and planned maintenance

Be part of a team keeping operations running smoothly

Pump Fitters / Pump Technicians

Install, service, and repair dewatering and underground pump systems

Inspect and replace seals, bearings, and impellers

Troubleshoot flow issues and perform pump testing

React fast to pump failures or water ingress – keep the site dry and safe

Record maintenance and communicate clearly with site teams

🧾 WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Australian Recognised Trade Certificate – Mechanical Fitter or equivalent

Confined Space & Working at Heights

White/Blue Card & Current Driver’s Licence

National Police Clearance

Poly Welding and Mobile Plant Tickets - Desirable

RTIO, BHP, FMG, MRL Inductions - Desirable

Able to pass a pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screen

Experience with fixed plant maintenance, dewatering systems, or shutdowns highly regarded
