Real Wild Adventure connects people to wild, meaningful adventures that support the planet and its people.
We partner with local operators, creators, and conservation projects around the world to craft life-changing journeys — from trekking with gorillas in Uganda to kayaking the Amazon River with Huaorani people.

About the role

We’re looking for a Creative Video Editor who lives and breathes social-media storytelling.

Someone who understands hooks, pacing, and emotion.

You’ll work directly with founder Tyson Mayr (TV presenter and filmmaker) to craft short-form content that inspires people to explore differently and make a positive impact.

You’ll also have opportunities to collaborate on projects with leading Tourism Boards and Travel Brands across digital, social, and at times, TV.

What you’ll do

Edit short-form social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

Build strong narratives with smart hooks, pacing, and emotional payoff

Collaborate on creative ideas, series concepts, and storytelling direction

Track social trends and propose new approaches

Maintain brand style and consistency with the team

You should have

A portfolio of social-first video content (travel, lifestyle, or storytelling preferred)

Proven instinct for hooks and storytelling

Strong color, sound, and captioning skills

Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro

Initiative and creative confidence to work independently and take ownership

Bonus: experience on travel shoots; availability for occasional travel
