Job Role
Our client is a 35-year-old Australian family-owned business who provides regulated and industrial waste management services across Queensland and Victoria. Our client supports hospitals, healthcare, vets, shipping, biosecurity, pharmaceuticals, and various commercial sectors.

They are seeking a reliable, adaptable team member to work acrosstheir facility, helping with mechanical works + to work on the incinerator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and reconcile waste receivals
• Operate forklifts and manage weighbridge processes
• Liaise with drivers for efficient turnaround
• Monitor bin requirements and support fleet coordination
• Assist with incinerator maintenance and operations
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts
• Happy to work night shifts (1 week each month)
• Temporary to permanent role for the right person
• Someone with welding experience will be highly regarded

Requirements:

• Valid forklift licence
• Computer literacy
• Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious
• Willing to wear PPE and follow procedures
• Police check required
• Welding/boilermaker experience a plus
