AWX is seeking reliable and hard-working people to join a food manufacturing team in Laverton North, VIC. This facility produces nutritional products that support the farming industry, helping to keep livestock healthy and strong.

The work is hands-on, physical and consistent, making it ideal for people who are fit, dependable, and ready to stick with a supportive crew. You don't need years of experience - just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a punctual mindset.

What you'll do

• Lift and tip 25kg bags of dairy ingredients in a team environment
• Operate batching and blending equipment to follow recipes
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards in a food-grade facility
• Work collaboratively in a small, tight-knit production team

What You'll Need (and How to Get Started)

• Strong fitness and ability to manage repetitive heavy lifting
• Drivers Licence and reliable transport for 6AM shift start times
• Consistent attendance and positive work ethic
