About the Role

As a member of the H1 Healthcare team, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes or supported group homes. You'll help individuals live more independently and engage with their communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  
• Assist with manual handling and medication administration
  
• Facilitate community access and support emotional wellbeing
  
• Work with clients who may display Behaviours of Concern
  
• Build strong, respectful relationships with clients and families
  
• Be proactive, reliable, and supportive during your shifts
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience supporting clients with disabilities
  
• Skills in ADLs, manual handling, and medication support
  
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
  
• Current Police Check, First Aid, and CPR
  
• Flexibility to work across different sites
