About the Role

We’re seeking compassionate and reliable Casual Home Care Workers to join our growing community care team.
In this rewarding role, you’ll provide person-centred support to clients living at home — helping them maintain their independence, health, and connection to the community.

You’ll be visiting clients throughout Redlands, Brisbane South, and Logan areas, delivering essential services that make a real difference every day.

What You’ll Do

Provide personal care, domestic assistance, social support, and meal preparation.

Assist with transport to appointments and community activities.

Support clients with medication (where suitably qualified).

Monitor and report changes in clients’ wellbeing and needs.

Maintain accurate documentation in line with Finncare’s standards and procedures.

Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for every client.

What You’ll Bring

Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support

Current Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.

Current First Aid and CPR certificates.

Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.

Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.

Basic digital skills (email, mobile apps, online reporting).

Flexible with availability, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
