Moyola Aged Care, Tatura is seeking to employ suitably qualified individuals in permanetn and casual roles.

Nurse in Charge / Registered Nurse ($38.07 - $66.43 + allowances)

Permanent Night Shift opportunities for caring and experienced nursing professionals. Opportunity to work closely with our Clinical Care Manager, other Registered Nurses, and Allied Health professionals, to provide hands-on clinical and holistic, personalised care to all Moyola's residents, their families and friends. As the Nurse in Charge of your shift, you will lead quality, personalised care to each Moyola resident and their families, while working with, supporting, and mentoring our Care and Service teams.

Enrolled Nurse ($37.09 - 46.36 + allowances)

As an Enrolled Nurse (EN), you will be an integral part of the clinical team, managing the daily administration of medication and clinical care to each Moyola residents. This role will report to the Clinical Care Manager and partner with the Nurses in Charge and other Care team members to offer high-quality, personalised care. Permanant shifts are available on Day and Afternoon Shift.

Casual opportunities

Moyola Aged Care utilise a small casual pool to assist with Leave coverage across Day, Afternoon and Night Shift.

Desirable attributes

Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration.

Understanding of the Charter of Aged Care Rights, Aged Care Quality Standards, Funding, and the obligations and compliance requirements of an Aged Care Provider.

A positive leader, mentor, and participant, who cares and positively motivates others through actions and strong communication.

Advocate for each resident, their family and friends.

Work in a team to ensure residents receive holistic care.

Strong communicator demonstrating empathy and passion about the care of others.

Contribute to the development, updating, and action of Resident Care Plans.

Lead and support others to act following the Aged Care Quality Standards and Professional Code of Ethics.

Complete documentation to ensure compliance and best care standards.

Police check or background screening is required for all nursing positions.

Provide a safe and home-like environment for residents.
