About the role

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to join our team at All Care 4 you pty ltd in Melbourne south & west areas. This is a casual role, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. As a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our elderly residents in our aged care facility.

What you'll be doing

Assessing, planning, and implementing individualised care plans for residents

Administering medication and monitoring residents' health and wellbeing

Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of holistic care

Providing emotional support and comfort to residents and their families

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation

Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

Minimum of 4-6 months experience in aged care, hospitals or a similar healthcare settings

Strong clinical skills and a comprehensive understanding of aged care nursing practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with residents and their families

A compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a genuine passion for working with the elderly

Proficient in the use of electronic medical records and communication systems
