About the Graduate Program

Our structured 6-month New Graduate Program provides a safe, supported, and progressive introduction to clinical practice at a competitive starting salary.

Here’s what your journey will look like:

Month 1: Two weeks of shadowing, one week of regional exposure in SA, and one week with a small caseload (1–2 clients/day).

Months 2–3: Gradual caseload increase with 1:1 supervision and joint sessions.

Months 4–6: Build independence with a caseload of 3–4 clients/day (3 days per week), transitioning to a full therapist role with ongoing monthly regional trips alongside another member of the team.

You’ll also receive:

Weekly supervision with senior OTs

Monthly mentoring with a Clinical Lead + external supervision focused on wellbeing and burnout prevention

Structured learning modules covering NDIS processes, documentation, AT, FCA, home mods, and report writing

Professional development allowance and access to a multidisciplinary learning community

About You

You are:

A final-year or newly graduated OT (eligible for AHPRA registration)

Passionate about person-centred, outcome-driven, and culturally safe practice
