Property Network of Australia is seeking a Senior/Project Manager to join a leading project management consultancy in Brisbane, delivering construction and refurbishment projects within the hospitality/pubs/hotels sector across SE Qld.

We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience leading project delivery, client management, and team mentoring within the property and construction industry within the hospitality, retail or QSR sectors specifically.
In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful outcomes through effective leadership, stakeholder engagement, and commercial management. You will also play a key part in business development, client relationship management, and supporting the growth of junior team members.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of construction and refurbishment projects
• Manage project planning, financials, and reporting to ensure targets are met
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and integrity
• Oversee contractor, consultant, and stakeholder coordination
• Drive business development and support tender/proposal submissions
• Mentor and support the professional development of junior team members

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in project management within property or construction
• Strong knowledge of project controls, WHS, and quality management systems
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and mentor junior staff
