About the role

We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and self-aware Psychologist to join our wonderful team at the Institute for Healthy Living (IHL). IHL is a long-established clinical psychology group practice in Bondi Junction that has supported the community for over 15 years. We have a strong reputation for providing evidence-based therapy in an authentic way.

We value exceptional evidence-based client care and pride ourself on diversity, with each of our 15 psychologists bringing their unique areas of interest and modalities in which they work, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, MiCBT, CBT-E. Common client presentations that we support include anxiety and depressive disorders, work / uni related stress, OCD, trauma, emotion dysregulation, relationship difficulties, eating disorders and body image concerns.

The successful applicant will work independently to provide psychological assessment and treatment to clients, whilst being part of our wonderful, warm and supportive team. Our clinicians describe IHL as a calming and grounding environment, supportive and highly attentive to their needs and the needs of their clients.

The successful candidate will have the following essential criteria:

Completion of a Masters or Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology

Registration with AHPRA as a general Psychologist

Can work independently and reflectively
