Inbound Freight & Warehouse Operator – Full-Time

Roster: 6AM-3PM Monday-Friday / Forklift Essential

PE Foods is a leading bakery ingredient wholesaler servicing Brisbane, Townsville, Cairns, and Northern NSW. Our range includes dry, refrigerated, and frozen products which are sold to artisan and wholesale bakeries.

We are seeking a Full-Time team member to take on a lead role in our receiving operation at Acacia Ridge in a vital position.

About the Role

Full-time position

5:00 AM start, Monday to Friday

Collaborative, fast-paced team environment

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on individual to lead and support our receiving function. You’ll play a critical role in managing the smooth and accurate intake of goods, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high standards are maintained across the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the receiving of inbound stock, including dry goods and chilled products

Ensuring accurate data entry

Monitoring stock rotation, labelling, and movement

Coordinating with inventory, dispatch, and supply chain teams

Enforcing WHS procedures and promoting a safe workplace

Providing hands-on support where needed, including forklift operations

Required Skills & Licences:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a stock receiving or warehouse supervisor role

Valid forklift licence and strong operational experience

Experience with RF scanning and voice pick systems

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail, with a commitment to safety and compliance

Effective communicator and team leader with a can-do attitude
