About the role

CHM Corporate Health Management is looking for a passionate and experienced Swimming Instructor to join our growing swim school in Point Cook, VIC . This is a casual role, offering flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle. As our Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality swimming lessons to clients of all ages and skill levels. Our lessons run after school Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.

What you'll be doing

Deliver engaging and effective swimming lessons to individuals and groups

Assess clients' swimming abilities and develop personalised lesson plans to help them reach their goals

Ensure a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment for all participants

Provide progress updates and feedback to clients

Maintain accurate records of client information and lesson progress

Assist with the set-up and pack-up of the pool and equipment as needed

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications in swimming instruction or coaching, such as a Swimming Instructor Certificate or equivalent

Demonstrated experience in delivering swimming lessons to a range of ages and skill levels

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate clients

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A current First Aid certificate and CPR qualification

A passion for swimming and a commitment to helping others improve their skills
