Hydromulch Operator / HR Driver – $35–$43.50/hr + Travel Allowance

Join B & K Group Australia, one of the country’s leading commercial landscaping and revegetation contractors.
We’re seeking hands-on HR truck drivers and hydromulch operators who can drive, load, mix, and assist in hydroseeding operations on major projects across Sydney and Regional NSW.

You’ll drive the hydroseeding truck, help prepare and load materials, and work alongside your crew applying hydromulch on-site.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Drive HR trucks to and from project sites.

Assist with loading, mixing and preparing hydromulch blends.

Operate the hydroseeder unit and hoses during application.

Work with the team on erosion control and site setup.

Carry out daily checks and basic maintenance of equipment.

Travel across Sydney and Regional NSW as required.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Current HR licence and Construction White Card.

3+ years’ HR driving and/or hydromulch or hydroseeding experience.

Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on outdoor work.

Reliable, self-motivated and willing to travel when required.

Commitment to safety, teamwork and quality results.
