We’re seeking individuals with a can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to safety and teamwork.

Essential Requirements

Valid High Risk Work Licence (CT, RA, RI, RI or DG)

Proven experience operating or dogging for Luffing and Hammerhead cranes

Demonstrated ability to work safely in high-risk environments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, punctual, and strong time management

Duties May Include

Operating or Dogging Luffing or Hammerhead tower cranes on active construction sites

Assisting with dogging and rigging activities

Supervising lifting operations as required

Adhering to company and site-specific safety procedures

Loading and unloading materials and equipment
