Job description:

As a Retaining Wall Offsider, you will assist the Site Foreman in installing concrete sleeper retaining walls from start to finish in a safe and efficient manner. You will be provided with the opportunity for a long-term career with personal development.

What you’ll do:

Work alongside the site Foreman to assist with the implementation of engineered plans

Carry out physically demanding work

Help with digging holes and setting posts

Maintain a safe and tidy work environment

What you’ll need:

Experience with concrete sleeper retaining wall construction is preferred

Excavator/skid steer/machinery tickets are an advantage

Construction Industry Induction (White card) is a non-negotiable

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

High level of attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills, be able to take direction from management but also work autonomously

Valid driver’s licence (manual preferred) and willingness to travel (Our sites are located all over Brisbane and outer regions)
