You’ll join the Enterprise Architecture and Data Team – a high-impact group driving strategic transformation across the organisation.

In this role, you’ll work closely with Solution Architects, Integration Developers and Business Leaders to shape the future of our Core Platform, Data Platform and Finance Automation initiatives.

This isn’t your standard BA role – you’ll be embedded in the architecture, influencing design, enabling integration, and ensuring solutions are both scalable and sustainable. You’ll also work within agile delivery frameworks that prioritise value and collaboration.

What You’ll Work On

Strategic Initiatives & Solution Design

Collaborate with architects to co-design future-state solutions and assess system impacts

Define and document technical and data requirements for platform and integration initiatives

Provide input into governance and review boards to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture

Integration & Data-Led Change

Map and analyse end-to-end processes, APIs and system interactions

Support integration-heavy systems, including scheduling/rostering tools, finance systems and cloud data services

Promote scalable integration patterns, sustainable enhancements and strong data governance

Agile Execution

Participate in fortnightly sprints, translating strategic initiatives into actionable user stories

Support sprint goals through technical documentation, analysis and backlog refinement

Work closely with engineers and developers to validate and implement solutions

What You’ll Bring

You’re comfortable navigating both technical detail and business outcomes, and bring with you:

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP also valued)

Familiarity with data engineering concepts – ETL, data lakes, APIs and reporting tools

Understanding of software integration, solution design and data modelling

Experience in agile delivery using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence

Exposure to large workforce or finance systems is highly regarded

Your Background

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related field

Business analysis training or certification (e.g. IIBA ECBA, Agile BA)

Certifications in cloud platforms, data or AI – a bonus

Other Requirements

· NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (paid) – or willingness to obtain

· Working with Children Check (paid) – or willingness to obtain

· Full working rights in Australia
