Saddler’s Creek Wines is a boutique winery owned by the Laureti family located in Pokolbin, Hunter Valley. About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic, happy, passionate, team orientated person to help maintain and improve customer relationships. You will be an integral player in delivering an exceptional experience to our wine club members and customers, so a friendly and professional manner is essential. You will be conducting premium wine tastings in our outdoor area and members lounge, food and wine pairings, selling wine and other products at our Cellar Door, providing hospitality services for privately booked functions, cash handling, general cleaning and daily reporting. You will answer phones and reply to emails as required. You must have the ability to work weekends, Friday nights and attend occasional events.

- Great Customer Services – you are committed to service and helping our members and customers have an amazing time by being attentive, informative, hospitable and friendly.
- Communication is key – Your communication skills are outstanding, you know how to ask the right question to get the answers you need. You take pride in developing strong customer relationships, wine product knowledge and are interested in learning something new. You see wine and merchandise sales as an opportunity
- Tech doesn’t scare you – you're familiar with Wine CRM (customer relations management) Systems and POS (point of sale) together with basic MS office and/or google suite. Or, at least what you don’t know you’re confident you will master quickly with the right training.
- Team player – You don’t mind doing things outside of your role description. You love to have autonomy in your role and completing tasks, however equally happy to pick up the mail, do the banking or grab lunches. We work as a team and there is no room for ego here.
- Seeking a long term, stable role – We pride ourselves on our culture. Being a boutique winery we care for our people and love to be able to be flexible and agile to ensure your experience at Saddler’s is exceptional too - Happy team, happy life!
