About the Role

Welcome and host guests at the cellar door, delivering engaging wine tastings and warm hospitality

Assist with events, private functions, and group bookings

Support daily operations including service, sales, and maintaining an inviting space

For experienced applicants: take on supervisory duties such as staff coordination, mentoring, and assisting with rostering

Drive wine sales and Wine Club memberships through authentic, customer-first interactions

About You

Passion for wine, food, and hospitality (formal wine knowledge is a plus, but not essential — we’ll provide training)

A positive, professional, and customer-focused mindset

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and peak periods

RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)

For supervisory applicants: prior experience in cellar door or hospitality leadership will be highly regarded
