About the Role

Swan Facade Services is seeking skilled and safety-focused Rope Access Technicians (IRATA Level 2 or higher) to join our growing team in Perth. We specialise in high-access window cleaning and facade works across Perth’s commercial buildings — from major complexes to iconic high-rises.

What You’ll Be Doing

Performing rope access and abseil window cleaning

Conducting facade washdowns and detailing

Working as part of a professional, safety-driven team

Ensuring all work is completed to IRATA and Swan safety standards

Permanent and ongoing casual positions available.

💰 $50–$65/hr + super, based on IRATA level and experience

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking experienced technicians who take pride in their work, maintain high safety standards, and want to grow long-term with Swan.

Essential:

IRATA Level 2 or higher

Proven experience in rope access window cleaning

Working at Heights certification

Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport

Valid Police Clearance (within 12 months)

All candidates must be willing to undergo Drug & Alcohol testing prior to employment.
