The Role
This position involves managing comprehensive financial processes to ensure accurate reporting and support strategic business decisions within a dynamic team. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing complete month-end procedures such as reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and prepayments
• Compiling and delivering financial reports
• Performing comparisons between actuals, budgets, and projections
• Aiding in annual close activities, audit preparation, and regulatory adherence
• Maintaining precise recording of transactions
• Examining balance sheet items and resolving variances
• Collaborating on budget creation and forecasting with various departments
• Evaluating cost effectiveness for projects aimed at efficiency gains
• Offering additional finance and cross-departmental assistance as needed

The Candidate
The successful applicant will bring proven accounting expertise and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while delivering high quality outcomes. Essential attributes include:

• 3-5 years experience in a similar Financial or Management Accounting position
• Degree in accounting, business, or a similar discipline
• CPA/CA accreditation advantageous or in progress
• Excellent analytical, planning, and resolution capabilities
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and accounting software, with Power BI knowledge preferred
• Ability to influence internal stakeholders
