The Role:

As Ironside continues to expand, we are seeking experienced Precast Formworkers, Concreters, and Steel Fixers to join our team at our Precast Yard in Dandenong. This is a great opportunity to work with a respected builder known for its commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret precast shop drawings and follow production schedules

Form, pour, and finish concrete panels to the required standard

Fix reinforcement, cast-in items, and formwork accurately and safely

Operate hand tools and power tools as part of daily precast operations

Work collaboratively to ensure targets, safety standards, and quality outcomes are met

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years’ experience in a precast yard or commercial construction environment

White Card, driver’s licence, and own reliable transport

Competency using tools and equipment related to concrete, steel, and formwork

Strong safety awareness, reliability, and a team-focused attitude
