Our client are a top-tier global consulting firm and they are on the lookout a skilled SQL Database Administrator with a strong background in PostgreSQL or DB2 to join their growing team. You will be responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of their databases, as well as involved in planning and development to ensure data consistency and availability.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or DB2 in production environments.
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Experience with database monitoring and performance tuning tools.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
• Understanding of database security practices and data privacy regulations.
• Experience with backup and recovery strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
