Tasmanian Berries is a proudly family-owned and growing berry producer located in Central Northern Tasmania. Across two farm sites and 70 hectares of hydroponically grown strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries, we supply premium-quality fresh berries to the Australian market.

The Role

We are seeking Farm Site Supervisor to support the day-to-day management and operations of our berry farms, with a focus on farm maintenance and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Farm Manager with daily operations and long-term farm expansion projects

Supervise and coordinate teams on construction and maintenance of farm infrastructure, including tunnels, greenhouses, irrigation systems, and nursery facilities

Oversee tunnel building, repair, and maintenance to ensure efficiency and crop protection

Assist with planning and delivery of new farm developments and upgrades

Monitor quality and safety standards across all farm worksites

Ensure projects and daily tasks are completed on time, safely, and to a high standard

Promote and enforce safe work practices and procedures with all staff

About You

You don't need to tick every box, what matters most is that you're dependable, motivated, and willing to learn. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Desired skills and qualities:

Experience supervising farm or horticulture teams desired but not required.

Reliability and a strong work ethic

Willingness to learn new skills and take on responsibility

A positive, can-do attitude, even when working outdoors in all weather

Basic mechanical or practical skills (an advantage but not essential)

Forklift licence and First Aid certification are a bonus, but training can be provided

Valid driver's licence (essential for travelling between farm sites and transporting equipment)

Must have the legal right to work in Australia
