Our 38 Place center located at 1 Shetland Road, Blairmount has two room configuration specifically designed to encourage children to learn and grow with a focus on safety and natural elements.

We provide Worker retention payment Grant to support our Educators.

To apply for this position, you need:

For Diploma role: Diploma in early childhood teaching or an equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA & For ECT role: bachelor's degree in early childhood teaching or an equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA

Current NSW Teacher Accreditation Authority registration (required for ECT role)

For Diploma role: Minimum 2 years working as a qualified early childhood educator. For ECT role: Minimum 1 year teaching experience in early childhood settings is a must.

Work placements or practical training completed as part of a Graduate Diploma course will not be counted toward the required one (1) year of professional experience.

Experience in planning and delivering educational programs that consider each child's overall development.

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing EYLF-based programs, including observations, planning cycles, and individual learning goals

Good knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework

Ability to effectively apply teaching methods in your practice.

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) number.

Australian working rights is a must - No sponsorship will be provided.

Ability to work shifts between 7:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday
