A Multi Skilled Plant Operator with experience in a wide range of equipment from Excavators 1.7t-20t, Compact Track Loaders, Dozers and more.

Our team works across Surf Coast, Colac Otway Region and Geelong.

We specialise in a wide range of works from, Bulk & Detailed Excavation, Tight Access Excavation, Firebreak Management and Construction, Dam Construction, Slope remediation, Driveway Construction/Refurbishment, Rock Wall Construction, Retaining Wall Construction and Landscaping

Skills and experiences:

Experience with large and tight access earthworks

Ability to read plans, perform set out and establish levels.

Ability to perform operator tasks, Such as trenching, site cuts, material placement and grading, working in steep and off chamber terrain

Possess the ability to work autonomously and manage workloads

Strong eye for detail

Maintain the equipment including completing daily prestart and maintenance checks

The ability to final trim in both Excavators & Compact Track Loaders (NO GPS).

Willingness to jump out of the machines and assist our labourers & landscapers when needed

Requirements:

Own transport

Physically Fit

Construction White Card

3 years previous experience

Medium-rigid License + (HR or HC is a bonus)

All relevant machine tickets
