About the Role

This is a full-time position for an experienced therapist who is confident in both treatment delivery and team leadership.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring every client has an exceptional experience while supporting the team and assisting with daily salon operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Performing a wide range of advanced skin treatments, including:

Skin Needling

Chemical Peels

IPL / Laser

Customised Facials

LED Light Therapy

HydraFacial + so much more

Delivering all brow and lash services confidently (tinting, waxing, lifting, shaping, etc.)

Performing female and male waxing (excluding male Brazilian)

Conducting professional skin consultations and creating treatment plans

Recommending and retailing professional skincare products

Supporting daily salon operations and mentoring junior staff

Maintaining high hygiene and treatment standards

Assisting with client bookings, rebookings, and membership programs

About You

Diploma-qualified Beauty Therapist (essential)

Minimum 2+ years in a salon or skin clinic environment

Confident with all advanced skin treatments and skincare recommendations

Excellent communication and client care skills

Proven ability to retail, upsell, and deliver results-driven treatments

Reliable, proactive, and passionate about continual growth

Available Tuesday–Saturday, including late nights
