This leading Australian retail and consumer products company has a history of sustained success along with market leading products that are cutting edge and the envy of their competitors. Reporting to the CEO, this high profile leadership role will see you managing the supply chain team and having a variety of responsibilities including:

Provide strategic leadership across all operational functions

Ensure collaboration between the supply chain team and other key departments

Developing and executing a 3PL integration plan

Demand planning and forecasting (including implementing a new demand planning cycle)

Assist with the implementation project of a new ERP and define business requirements

Budget management

Develop key operational performance metrics and KPI's

Ad hoc projects and process improvements

To be considered for this exciting role, you will have significant experience across operations and supply chain management within a reputable company along with highly developed leadership skills. You will also have familiarity with 3PL integration, be systems savvy and have excellent communication skills.
