Technical training to dealers and customer.

Assess and deal with the claim in EP service system.

Collect and record feedback of products, and offer suggestions to optimize products and service to EP Factory

Other task of after-sales assigned by supervisor

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

Mechanical or electrical background:

Forklift repair experience a plus

Current driver’s licence

Forklift licence (desirable)

Good written and verbal communications skills and able to use them appropriately at a variety of levels.

Be proficient in using Microsoft office (excel & word) & willing to learn new technology's service ( include AI, Robots)

Safety first attitude

Sense of urgency and can work within time frames.

Interstate traveling
