About the role

As a Care Partner at Pearl Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalised care to our elderly and disabled clients in the North Adelaide region. This is a full-time role with opportunities for career development within our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping

Monitoring clients' well-being and reporting any changes or concerns to the care coordinator

Providing companionship and engaging clients in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life

Advocating for clients' rights and ensuring their needs are met in a respectful and dignified manner

Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement personalised care plans

Maintaining accurate documentation and records of client interactions

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications in aged care, disability support, or a related field

Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality care to elderly or disabled individuals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families

A compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine commitment to improving the lives of others

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of our clients

A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
