Our busy client in Wetherill Park is a leader in the steel manufacturing industry, operating a large-scale 24-hour facility. Due to continued growth, we’re seeking experienced Manufacturing Operators to join their dynamic team across day and afternoon shifts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled operators looking for stability, great pay, and plenty of overtime in a safety-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operate and maintain production machinery to meet daily manufacturing targets

Use Overhead Cranes and Gantry Cranes for handling and movement of steel materials

Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to WHS and company standards

Assist with machine setup, troubleshooting, and general housekeeping

Work collaboratively with your team to achieve production goals

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in machine operation, overhead crane, or gantry crane work

Background in the steel or reinforcing industry highly regarded

Ability to identify and resolve basic mechanical or operational issues

Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork

Reliable and punctual with a positive, can-do attitude

What’s On Offer

Day Shift: 6am–2pm | $38.02/hr

Afternoon Shift: 2pm–10pm | $43.72/hr

Ongoing full-time hours with plenty of overtime available
