Due to continued growth and a busy period, they are seeking two experienced Credit Officers to support their finance team on a month-to-month basis.

Your new role

You'll be responsible for managing customer accounts, maintaining a clean debtor ledger, and ensuring timely collections. This role involves liaising with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve disputes, release credit holds, and contributing to month-end reporting.
Key duties include:

• Proactive debt collection and account reconciliation
• Managing credit holds and recommending credit limit adjustments
• Preparing ageing reports and supporting month-end processes
• Ensuring compliance with credit policies and procedures

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in credit control or collections is essential.
• Strong understanding of credit management principles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Experience in multi-entity or multi-region environments is highly regarded.
