I am working with a reputable commercial builder delivering high-quality projects across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of fit out and refurbishments, they seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site delivery and maintain our commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

I have worked with this business for multiple years and placed a large number of candidates who all have given positive feedback about working with the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations from start to handover.
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to meet program targets.
• Ensure WHS compliance and uphold company safety standards.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and quality on-site.
• Report on project status, variations, and risks.
• Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Supervisor in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficient with site reporting tools and MS Office.
• Relevant trade or construction management qualifications and White Card.
