Curriculum & Growth:

Significant Curriculum Writing: A key component of all roles will be writing and refining engaging, effective curriculum as they grow and prepare to implement VCE.

VCE Preparation: While full VCE teaching loads are a minimum of two years away, successful applicants will be integral in shaping the foundation that will lead to its successful introduction.

Career Trajectory: With the school expanding to Year 12, there is immense scope for teachers to step into Coordinator, Leading Teacher, and VCE Team Leader roles.

You understand the unique developmental needs of Years 7-9 students and are committed to this crucial phase of learning.

You are resilient, highly organised, and possess strong behaviour management skills.

You are a fully registered teacher with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
