We’re growing fast and looking for a Solar & Battery Technical Lead — a qualified, hands-on electrician who wants to make a real difference in a business that values quality, teamwork and integrity.

This is the perfect next step for an SAA accredited Solar & Battery Installer who’s ready to move off the tools part of the time, while still staying connected to the field. You’ll work closely with our business owner to ensure every system is designed perfectly, every install runs smoothly, and every customer receives exceptional service.

🔧 What You’ll Do

ü Provide technical support to sales & operations teams

ü Review system designs and ensure technical accuracy pre-install

ü Conduct site inspections & assist with complex quoting

ü Support electricians & apprentices with on-site challenges

ü Manage and prioritise service & warranty jobs

ü Jump on the tools when needed to keep installs on track

ü Drive continuous improvement in quality & customer experience
