The Town is seeking a full time Planner/Senior Planner. The Town is open to applications from all levels of planners, and the salary offered will be commensurate with experience.

The role will work within a planning team of six, with duties including processing statutory planning proposals, including applications for development, subdivision, and clearances, as well as relevant appeals. The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge and understanding of statutory Town Planning and will possess the following skills and attributes:

A team player who can work within a small team but is also capable of working autonomously.

An excellent communicator who is able to provide advice to various stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Ability to undertake technical assessments and prepare high-quality written reports.
