The Role

We’re looking for a driven Sales & Solutions Specialist to join our team and help us grow. This is a sales-first role with a consultative edge - you’ll focus on building relationships, solving problems, and closing deals while working closely with potential clients to craft tailored solutions.

You’ll work with warm inbound leads (no cold-calling here!) and collaborate with our internal team to deliver strategies that help clients achieve their goals. If you’re a people person who loves the thrill of closing a deal and thrives in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Own the sales process: From first contact to close, you’ll guide leads through discovery, proposals, and approval.

Build relationships: Connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and position Neighbourhood as the solution.

Craft tailored solutions: Collaborate with our delivery team to scope and present strategies that solve client challenges.

Close deals: Hit your targets by turning inbound leads into long-term partnerships.

Keep it clean: Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM and keep your pipeline up to date.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of sales experience (agency, SaaS, or tech preferred).

A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication and negotiation skills - you know how to build trust and close deals.

A consultative mindset: You enjoy solving problems and crafting solutions that deliver real value.

Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs (bonus points if you’re certified).

Highly organised and self-motivated - you know how to manage your time and pipeline effectively
