Hey There,
This position is for a Mid-Senior Ad Manager to run accounts across Google, Programmatic, TikTok and Meta. Budgets are mid range (<$2m pa) and across multitude of verticals including FMGC, professional services, medical and education. The campaigns are 50:50 split brand to performance. The Role
Manage a portfolio of clients' advertising accounts including Google, Meta, Programmatic and TikTok. This is a full stack position. You'll be involved in strategy and ideation and then responsible for roll out and ongoing optimisation.
Specifically analysing performance, identifying opportunities for growth, budget management/scaling, strategy decisions and recommendations and technical optimisation.
The role is execution as mentioned above so 80% of your time will be getting your hands dirty in ad accounts, analysing and optimising. It's not a Account Executive or Client Management role so technical ability is the most important thing.
It's a Monday to Friday gig with flexible start and finish times. If you wanna sleep in, start at 10am, if you wanna knock it out early, start at 7am. We're easy as long as you get your work done.
The Pay
Range: $80,000 - $120,000 (salary) plus super, agreed based your skill level.
Bonuses: After six months you'll be entitle to:
Monthly Team Bonus which is tiered based on company revenue so as we grow, so do you and,
Commission on advertising spend managed, the more you manage, the more you get paid.
These bonuses have been designed so we hit them consistently and are serious cheddar so you can afford that Europe trip, investment property, holiday home or new car.
The Agency
We run a group of three agency brands; Sneaky (Ads), April Ford (Consulting) and Gimmie (Social). Our clients are mid to large privately owned companies run by owners with long term visions for their brands. Many are heritage brands with multi-generational ownership or private equity boards. Whilst the verticals vary, the common denominator is our clients are all genuinely nice people who value the work we do.
Offices are in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast however our clients are typically Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane based.
Culturally we are a high performing team but not high maintenance. We work hard (but but OTT) so we can earn great money and have heaps of fun doing it. You'll never meet a more welcoming and supportive team to work with. We say daily, we've never worked with a better bunch of people and we mean it. Both owners work full time in the agency in the trenches with you. No ivory tower bosses. We don't work in a state of chaos because we're organised. We don't micro management and we don't believe in Pmax (90% of the time).
This agency started in 2017 and has steadily grown YOY since. We believe in building an enduring, long-term profitable company. So much so that we don't have any reliance on any one client and 95% of our monthly revenue is recurring.
We don't really have a work from home culture as everyone here loves coming to the office and hanging out. We actually genuinely like each other so it's fun coming to work and jamming on accounts. Occasionally people will work from home, but to be honest, its rare.
The Requirements
The ideal candidate needs to have:
3+ years experience in digital advertising management (Google and Meta or Programmatic)
Certificates in all the platforms
Ability to develop effective strategies, budgets and media plans
High level understanding of GA4 and Tag Manager
Experience in Programmatic (preferred but optional)
Have a growth mindset and be able to identify problems and opportunities
Be adaptable to a variety of clients and industries
Take feedback openly, constructively and not personally
Strong attention to detail and executional ability
Experience in presenting to clients
A moral compass
