About the Role:

An established builder-developer on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of luxury Class 2 residential developments. These include architecturally designed multi-storey homes and boutique apartment projects located in premium lifestyle locations.

This role offers the chance to work closely with both construction and development teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard, on time and on budget. It's an opportunity to step into a leadership role within a business that values quality, innovation, and attention to detail.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover

Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients

Develop and maintain construction programs, schedules, and budgets

Oversee contract administration, reporting, and procurement

Ensure compliance with Class 2 building requirements and safety standards

Drive quality assurance, site efficiency, and timely delivery across all projects

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction (Class 2 experience essential)

Background delivering high-end multi-residential or boutique apartment projects

Strong commercial acumen and contract administration knowledge

Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple teams and maintain focus on quality and detail

Must-Haves

QBCC Project Manager licence (or relevant qualifications)

Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Manager role

Class 2 building knowledge and experience

White Card

Excellent references and portfolio of completed high-spec residential projects
