At Hallmark Integrated Health Services, we're expanding our team in Bairnsdale and seeking experienced or early-career Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Speech Pathologists to deliver exceptional, person-centred care in the community.

NDIS training will be provided for successful candidates to ensure comprehensive understanding of the scheme requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Functional, mobility and communication assessments

- Goal-based therapy and reablement programs

- Equipment and assistive technology prescription

- Home modifications and pain management

- Documentation and progress reporting

- Collaboration with other allied health professionals and support coordinators

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you are:

Qualified in OT, Physio, or Speech Pathology (with AHPRA or SPA registration)

Passionate about community-based practice

A strong communicator and team player

Committed to person-centred, culturally responsive care

Hold a Visa to work in Australia

Hold a current driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle for community visits

Location

Based in Bairnsdale, with opportunities to service surrounding East Gippsland areas. Local knowledge and community connections are highly valued.
