Position: Occupational Therapist / Speech Pathologist (Grads & up to 3 years’ experience)
Location: Mornington Peninsula – Frankston, Mornington, Dromana
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Super (based on experience)
Start Date: Flexible – start dates available across late 2025 & early 2026
Work Type: Full-time or part-time, clinic and community mix with sustainable caseloads
About the Role
This is an opportunity for graduate to intermediate level Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists to join a supportive allied health team where culture and growth come first.
You’ll work across a varied caseload, with a strong focus on children and a smaller portion of adult clients (if you would like), delivering services in clinic hubs, community settings, and schools. Caseloads are designed to be sustainable, with daily targets that include admin, travel, and reporting time built in.

Salary Breakdown
Graduates / 1–2 years’ experience: $80,000 – $90,000 + super
2–3 years’ experience: $90,000 – $100,000 + super
