Who We're Looking For

You are an experienced Team Leader who:

Is not afraid to speak out. The standard you walk past, is the standard you accept. We want someone who has grit and resilience, who is kind and empathetic

Has a minimum 2 years experience as a Team Leader in an early childhood environment

Is qualified : You hold a diploma in early childhood education and care

Is team-oriented: You thrive in a positive culture and value respectful relationships

Is values-led: You live and breathe our WIRE values — WONDER, INTEGRITY, RESPECT, EMPOWERMENT

Is committed to growth: You're a lifelong learner, passionate about supporting children's development and your own

Is a clear communicator: You're organised and an excellent coordinator

Has a clear understanding of their obligations regarding Child Safe Standards.

Holds current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications

Has a valid Working with Vulnerable People Card
