Ahotels, a Boutique Hotel Chain, seeks a Part-Time Guest Service Agent for ValueSuites Green Square (just minutes away from the Green Square Station!).

Opportunities for promotion to Supervisor/Duty Manager as we expand in the next two years. We're passionate owner-operators, looking for someone with the right can-do attitude to grow with us.

The main purpose of this role is to provide superior service to our guests making their experience here at ValueSuites Green Square “Exceptional, and Unique”.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Welcome our guests at check-in, cross referencing reservations details and farewell guests at checkout;

· Attend to incoming calls by answering queries, and providing outstanding guest service;

· Ensure all guest requests are accurately actioned with prompt follow through;

· Create innovative ways to up sell additional services to our guests;

· Take personal responsibility to ensure that all inquiries are addressed;

· Enter all necessary data in the computer system and be able to balance at the end of a shift.

In order to maintain these responsibilities the successful applicant must have:

· Previous experience in front office or reservations in a similar environment of a boutique 100 key hotel;

· Knowledge of Room Master Property Management System would be highly advantageous;

· Be honest, reliable, trustworthy and punctual;

· Be able to work independently and within a team environment;

· Ability to work to tight deadlines and keep cool under pressure;

· Excellent attention to detail;

· Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize;

· Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel and Outlook);

· Availability to work days, nights, weekends and public holidays;

· Exceptional customer service with internal and external guests;

· Excellent grooming and professional presentation at all times;
