The Role

We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Storeperson to take ownership of our warehouse operations. You’ll be responsible for managing stock, preparing job kits, coordinating dispatches, and ensuring technicians have what they need to keep essential healthcare equipment running.

This is a practical, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in keeping operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations — receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

Pick, pack, and prepare job kits and consumables for service and project teams.

Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels in system.

Coordinate logistics for technician trips and regional dispatches.

Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant store environment.

Manage internal store communications and action requests in a timely manner.

Support the service and project teams with ad hoc requests and equipment preparation.

Load/unload deliveries safely and efficiently.

About You

You’re a reliable, proactive operator who takes ownership of your space. You like things done right — accurate stock counts, well-prepared dispatches, and clean systems. You work well with others, communicate clearly, and adapt when priorities shift.

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management.

Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy.

Excellent organisation and time management skills.

A current manual driver’s licence.

A forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with job management or ERP software (e.g. Simpro, Odoo) – highly regarded.
