About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Country Cafe Staff to join our friendly team at our charming cafe in the heart of Hyden, Western Australia. This is a full-time opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality business and contribute to providing an exceptional dining experience for our local community and visitors.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold food items, including sandwiches, light meals and beverages

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and service areas

Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure each guest has a memorable visit

Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Working as part of a close-knit team to contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the cafe

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar cafe or hospitality role, ideally in a fast-paced environment

Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering excellent dining experiences

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with your team

Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail

A positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude

Australian citizenship is required for this position

Food safety certification training will be provided

Flexible schedule availability is required for this full-time position
